2. What I process, and why

This site has no user accounts, takes no payments, and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only personal data I process is what you choose to send me when you get in touch.

Your name, email address and the content of your message, when you email me.
Your phone number and the content of your message, if you prefer WhatsApp.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent in sending the message and, if we go on to work together, on performance of the contract or the pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).

4. Retention

I keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and, if it becomes an engagement, for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires. If we do not end up working together, you can ask me to delete it at any time.

5. Recipients

I do not sell or share your data. Your message arrives in my mailbox, hosted by Google (Gmail), and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors and apply safeguards for international transfers.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing epicorpus@gmail.com. I will respond within one month.

If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
